Common questions

• My progress isn't syncing between devices. Progress syncs automatically through your private iCloud account when you're signed in with Apple. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID and have iCloud enabled for the app on both devices.
• I hit today's practice limit. The free version includes 20 practice questions a day across all 18 exam topics. Premium removes the daily limit along with a few other study tools.
• I want a refund for Premium. All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund directly through reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History on your device.
• I found a wrong or outdated question. Please email the topic and question text to the address above — these are corrected directly in an app update.

Last updated August 2026. Primer is built to work with as little of your data as possible.

What we collect

Primer does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. We don't know who you are unless you choose to sign in.

If you sign in with Apple, your practice history, saved questions, and progress statistics are stored in your own private iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. This data is scoped entirely to your Apple ID's private database — we do not have access to it, and it is never shared with any third party or used for advertising.

If you don't sign in, your progress is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Purchases

Premium is unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information.

Third parties

Primer does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing SDKs.

Your data

You can delete your synced data at any time by turning off iCloud sync for Primer in your device's Settings, or by deleting the app, which removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of any data associated with your account, email support@primerlab.app.

Children's privacy

Primer is a study tool for the Florida real estate sales associate licensing exam and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
